Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy *excludes weather-related • Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $30 fee. • No-shows or failure to answer at the time of service will be charged 50% of the service cost. • You are allowed up to three reschedules for the same service. Exceeding this limit will result in a $30 rescheduling fee.
